  I was just here yesterday, my Brother and I were in the area camping off our bikes and wanted a good meal before heading home. Honestly not many places get my attention to post anything but I'd like to see this one stay around for future trips in this area. I will say it was a tad awkward for maybe 15 seconds since they don't have a greater or host to seat us, but we were taken care of in a timely manner and with more than friendly service. The food was served at a fantastic temperature since I personally don't like my food scolding my mouth as I eat or having it but can only watch it as i wait. Honestly if you're in the area give it a try you have nothing to lose, unless you prefer the fast food chains. Oh our bikes are the two at the end that doesn't shine anymore!

  Just finished lunch at Highlands Smokehouse and really enjoyed our experience. As others have written, the brisket was excellent; but the sweet potato fries and onion rings were also excellent! Great choice for BBQ.

  My family was there today after the Highlands Parade and the food was great. They were short staffed and were having trouble keeping up but who cares. The food was great, the manager and waitress were hustling to serve everyone so it was just perfect. I appreciate folks who push themselves against all odds to serve me and my family our meals. Great people and great food. Give these folks a chance and you will see why its at the top of my list every time I visit the area. Thank you to our waitress and the kind manager who served us.
